Topping-out Ceremony
UniVision is pleased to announce that a Topping-out Ceremony has been held successfully at the 19 December 2008 for the Zhongshan Ming Xuan Square shopping mall in Zhongshan City in China.
This project is undertaken by Leader Smart Engineering (Shanghai) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Univision in the PRC.

Extension of Loan US$5 million from Holding Co.
It is pleased to annouce that it has signed an agreement with the holding company of Univision Holdings Ltd that the current loan facility of US$5 million is extended for a further twelve months to 30 Sep 2009.

UniVision (Shenzhen) was our former manufacturing facility in PRC. In 2002, such facility was disposed of to a third party. This arrangement was after the major group reorganization in 2001. Please read here for historical information in our web site.
