The Company is well established in the field of industrial CCTV, and is now expanding the business in the entire integration of security systems. We have good experiences in reputation of technical integrity and expertise in engineering consultancy, system design, planning, installation and maintenance services.

The major surveillance products UniVision provided is the Integrated Toll Surveillance System, DVR, CCTV System Controllers and equipment, IBS Integrated Building Systems and Smart Card readers & System components.

The CCTV products manufactured by the Company include video distribution amplifiers, video matrix, on-screen camera I.D. generators, fiber optic transmitter, digital video recorder, indoor camera enclosures, and mounting brackets. The Company's workshop is fully equipped to modify and to assemble CCTV system, utilizing local and imported components.

The Company presently holds various distributorship with well-known CCTV manufacturers in U.S.A. Europe and Japan. We manufacture MV series CCTV product ourselves. In addition, the Company also has a verbal agreement with Sony Solid State Image Sensors Division, as an accredited importer of their CCD sensors, which are used in the CCTV cameras. In 1996 we are also granted the license by Phillip-Mikron for the production and marketing of Mifare® Core Module (MCM) - the core of Mifare® Contactless Smart Card Readers.

Since much of the major components used in CCTV systems and DVR are manufactured or assembled by the Company, the cost structure of the Company is significantly lower than that of its competitors. The Company is extremely competitive and has a successful tendering rate of 70 percent.
